Refund policy
Due to the fact that we are a small business, most of our items are made to order just for you. In order to be able to continuously create new products and keep things rolling, we do not offer refunds.
However, if your clothing items (t-shirts & sweatshirts) do not fit well, we do offer exchanges for CLOTHING items only. Final sale items and hats, are non-refundable and not eligible for returns.
There are no monetary refunds. If for some reason you need to exchange an apparel item, please contact us below and be sure to include your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for. Once we have confirmed that the size you'd like to exchange for is available, your unworn and unwashed apparel items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. As long as the items are in the same condition that you received them in (unworn, unwashed, & undamaged with tags still on) we will ship out the new size to you within 2-7 business days to complete the exchange.
